Heart-shaped lip contouring is one of the most refined procedures in facial aesthetic contouring, requiring a keen anthropometric eye and millimetre-level precision on soft tissue. At CMEI, we approach this journey with the philosophy of "Proportion & Seamless Contours", where every newly sculpted lip contour is designed to enhance the client's natural smile. Depending on the natural lip structure, our surgeons either use a micro-surgical technique to remove part of the excess mucosa along the wet-dry border so the scar is fully concealed, or apply multi-layer filler injection with an ultra-fine cannula to gently add volume to the lips, enhance projection and define a crisp heart-shaped Cupid's bow without affecting the orbicularis oris muscle.
