Techniques: Micro-point suture (Closed/Non-incisional) and Partial/Full incision (Open/Incisional)
Double eyelid surgery is considered one of the most delicate procedures, requiring millimetre-level precision to restore the eyes' natural allure. At CMEI, we approach this journey with the philosophy of "Natural & Gaze-Enhancing", where each new eyelid crease is measured and designed based on the opening of the levator muscle and the client's natural orbital bone structure. For young eyes with little excess skin, the micro-point suture technique (non-surgical) is preferred to create a fine, delicate crease. Conversely, for ptosis (droopy eyelids) or advanced ageing, micro-surgical incisional blepharoplasty (open technique) completely removes fat pads and excess skin while releasing the levator muscle, giving bigger, rounder, brighter eyes in the most natural way.
Results: Refined Eyelid Creases & Radiant Eyes
Modern aesthetic trends have completely moved away from overly large, thick, unnaturally wide-eyed creases with obvious "mass-produced" signs of surgery. Results at CMEI focus on creating creases of moderate depth, soft curves, gently lifted outer corners and gracefully widened eye corners. We place special emphasis on long-term durability and the safety of your vision, using micro-surgical concealed suture techniques to minimise unsightly scarring and prevent staring eyes, everted lashes, or drooping and asymmetrical creases over time.
Recovery & Post-Operative Care
Post-operative care accounts for up to 40% of the final aesthetic outcome, turning a precise procedure into captivating, vibrant eyes.
